Pampanga's Pride Patco (Christmas Crepe) | Mix N Cook
Hi! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial of a tasty treat this Christmas season which is called Patco. This is a soft and milky crepe that came from Pampanga combined with some cheese and salted egg. Let's start!
Ingredients:
2 cups or 218 g glutinous rice flour
1 1/2 cups or 150 g rice flour
1 tsp. or 5 ml vanilla
1 1/2 cups or 273 g sugar
100 g grated cheese
1/8 cup or 28 g melted butter/margarine
2 1/2 cups or 625 ml water
For the Filling:
3 cups fresh grated coconut
