Shrimp scampi Ingredients:

- 16 OZ of Raw shrimp
- 1 box of spaghetti noodles
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
-1 shallot
- 5 cloves of garlic ( minced)
- 1/2 stick of butter + 2 tbs I added in the end
- 2 Lemons
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 3 tbs of Extra virgin olive oil
- onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper.- Course salt
- Creole seasoning
- Old Bay Seasoning


Directions: wash, devein, and peel shrimp. I left the tails on for video and pictures, but feel free to take off tails for an easier bite! Boil water and add sat, oil, and spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente. While your noodles cook, season your shrimp with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, creole seasoning, and old bay seasoning to your liking. Set aside. Dice the shallot, mince the garlic, and roughly chop the parsley into small peices, and quarter your lemons. Once that is ready come over to the stove and heat a large pan on medium heat. Place 3 tbs of oil and 1/2 stick of butter and melt down. Once melted add the shallot and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until translucent. Then add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Next add In the chicken broth, parsley. and lemon. Give it a good mix, then add in the shrimp. Cook on both sides for 1 to 2 minutes or until done. Once the shrimp is white in the center and the tails are pink the shrimp is done. At this point I added more salt to taste and another 2 tbs of butter! Lastly, add in the pasta in small batches to make sure the sauce coats all of the scampi. I used about 3/4 of my cooked pasta. Give it a good mix and serve! serve with a slice of lemon, a sprinkle of fresh parsley on the top, and boom you have a delicous meal😋🔥❤
