From routine screening facilities to high end IVF centers, the Vision offers a fast and accurate tool to meet a wide range of semen analysis and sperm preparation requirements.
After logging in, the system will perform a fully automated calibration and self-test then display your key reference parameters with shortcuts to your daily maintenance checklist and service information.
The SQA-Vision simplifies every aspect of the daily work flow. System setup is a tap away and the included barcode scanner makes quick work of data input.
Quality Control and Proficiency testing on the Vision is a snap. Based on time intervals you define, the Vision lets you know when QC is due. 1 touch later and you’re on your way. Results are permanently saved and a variety of reporting and archiving options are available based on your requirements.
The SQA-Vision can run 8 different sample types to meet the testing requirements of any facility performing semen analysis or doing any kind of sperm preparation.
To run a sample, input some basic patient information and mix thoroughly. Load the disposable testing capillary and insert it into the instrument. The test starts automatically.
Required sample size is .5 ML on Fresh mode, but there is also a .25 ML option for short samples. There is also a 15 microliter option for IVF and Sperm Banking users who need every last drop of sample.
MES also manufactures a line of “QwikCheck Kits” to assist with all aspects of automated or manual semen analysis. These include an assayed 3 level QC product, a liquefaction kit for treating viscous samples, WBC and PH test strips designed specifically for semen, a dilution kit that preserves sperm motility, a 1 step vitality stain, and fixed coverslip visualization slides for reliable visual assessment.
Fully automated results include Sperm Concentration, Motility, Progressive Motility, Normal Morphology, Velocity, Motile Sperm Concentration, Functional Sperm Concentration, and much more.
The Vision now offers you the dynamic ability to use our touch-to-mark technology to run full differential morphology, vitality, sample visualization, and more. To access the click-to-mark counters, simply touch the relevant button, load your slide, and insert it into the system.
Then, capture a field and circle the relevant sperm cells based on the parameters you define. The Vision will tally your results, save them as images or videos, and attach them to the test report for future assessment. For a closer look, digitally expand the image sperm by sperm simply by dragging you finger over the desired field of view.
When your analysis is complete results can be printed, sent to your LIS, and automatically archived for future reference.
To keep your data safe, the Vision will back up your results automatically based on time intervals you define, display your hard drive capacity and let you know your average test per day volume.
