Detained Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan has filed a lawsuit against Nigeria’s National Security Agency and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, alleging violations of his human rights. In his originating motion, Gambaryan sought several reliefs, including release from custody and the return of his international travel passport. The lawsuit comes amidst a separate suit filed by Nadeem Anjarwalla, Binance's Africa regional manager, who escaped from lawful custody.
