❐ Ingredients:
Cake flour 50g
Bread flour 50g
Whole wheat flour 50g
Baking powder 2g
Brown sugar 10g
Unsalted butter 40g
Heavy cream 40g
Milk 40g
Yogurt 20g
Honey 10g
Chocolate 15g
Crushed hazelnuts 10g
❐ Method:
1. Mix the three kinds of flour and yellow sugar, baking powder evenly.
2. Add the frozen butter cubes and roll into a sandy texture.
3. Mix all the liquid and add to the powder.
4. Add the chocolate and chopped nuts and mix well, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
5. Refrigerator rolled out and folded 2-3 times, organized into 15 x 9 rectangles, cut six pieces evenly, brush with egg wash and bake.
* Baking temperature: 200℃(392°F)/15min+180℃(356°F)/5min
