Ingredients
5 cups fresh peaches, sliced
dash of salt
3/4 - 1 C sugar
2 T butter
3 T flour
1 9-inch lattice top pie crust
1/4 t cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 In a small bowl mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add to sliced peaches and toss to coat. Line pie plate with pastry and fill with peach mixture. Dot filling with butter cut into small pieces. Prepare lattice top. Seal and crimp edges. Tent edge of crust with aluminum foil strips. Bake at 400 for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
