General Hospital spoilers hint that Cyrus Renault has managed to convince many in Port Charles that he's harmless, despite his dark past. Although he suffered a debilitating heart attack months ago, it doesn't absolve him of the violent crimes he committed prior. His release from prison was purportedly due to a newfound faith in God and his weakened health, but he remains the man responsible for the explosion that left Lulu Spencer in a coma.
