HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - A man was arrested after being involved in an 8-hour SWAT standoff at a residence in North College Hill on Saturday.
At 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, police received a call that there was a man with a gun at 6832 Bake St.
When police arrived, the man would not come out of the home. The man was eventually arrested shortly after 5 p.m.
The man was identified by North College Hill Police as 38-year-old Kelly Richards. Richards allegedly got into an argument with his girlfriend and threatened to shoot everyone.
Richards' girlfriend's five children, including an adult daughter who is pregnant, were all home during the incident. Everyone involved is safe.
Richards is facing multiple charges, including felonious assault.
