NAGs stand for 'Natural Apophyseal Glides”. NAGs are used for the cervical and upper thoracic spine.

Sustained natural apophyseal glides (SNAGS), is a form of manual therapy, involved a combination of a sustained facet glide with active motion, followed by overpressure

NAGs consist of oscillatory mobilizations instead of sustained glide like SNAGs
