A petition against plans to redesign the Piper Alpha memorial gardens in Aberdeen has been handed to council officials.
The redevelopment proposals were put forward by a charity founded in the wake of the 1988 offshore disaster.
But some survivors and relatives of those who died say they weren't consulted and want the gardens to remain as they are.
