Whenever I get a message with a huge chunk of text and "Can we grab five mins to discuss" at the bottom, I usually ignore it.
I sometimes get messages that say "You'll really like this!" with something interesting attached. When someone does that 3-4 times they then get the right to ask for time!
Give it a go guys!
3 gives then a get!
