What should you tell your mortgage lender about when buying a house? How much information do they need when qualifying you for a loan?
There is a lot of communication that needs to happen when getting a loan for a house but a sure bet is if you have a great local Bend real estate agent and a great mortgage lender you will be in good hands. A bit of satire because the real answer is that you should tell them everything. It is in both parties best interest to be as open an honest as possible because in the end the lender is on your side and want to help you get the loan.
