for the kadai masala-
1 tsp -jeera ( cumin seeds)
11/2 tsp-coriander seeds,
7-8 black peppers
1 big bay leaf
1 small cinnamon stick
2- green cardamoms,
1/2 black cardamom
1-2 dried red chilies without seeds
a small pinch of mace (Jawitri ) optional
