Two years ago I did a stand up comedy tour in Iowa and my friend Tucker Brookshire filmed a short documentary about our journey. The shows were sparsely attended and honestly it was a pretty depressing and humbling experience.
Fast forward two years and I returned to the Iowa corn fields for a series of sold-out shows among my adoring Midwestern fans in Milwaukee, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Omaha and Lincoln. All because an Instagram reel about a Catholic prayer went viral last September. All hail the algorithm and god bless stand-up comedy.
This time around Tucker filmed another banger documentary about my come up and journey in stand up comedy. Tucker did a stellar job. The documentary is heartwarming, funny and well-done.
