Sarson ka saag ingredients
2 kg sarson/mustard greens
1/2 kg spinach (palak)
50 gram- bathua (optional) - if you don't get bathu, replace with mooli leaves or nothing at all
50 gram- methi/fenugreek leaves
garlic cloves- 30-40
ginger- a little less than garlic
salt
water- 1/4 cup (add little as a base that's it)
Tempering ingredients

tomato puree
salt, green chilies
