Rti application can be filed through online process also. This facility is available on website of Delhi government and central government. Online application can be filed at any time. Fee can be paid by credit card or debit card.
Application can be filed only in the departments listed in drop down menu. It has limitations too. it's non transferable. It restricts number of words. Register yourself and get facility.
