Today at Booze On The Rocks, we make the Maple Whiskey Collins. This variation of the Tom Collins uses whiskey as a base and maplesyrup as the sweetener. However ths addition of pineapple juice gives this a slightly tropical touch. It is well blended and easy to drink. Try it out and let me know what you think.

MAPLE WHISKEY SOUR
1.5 oz/45 ml Whiskey
1.5 oz/45 ml Pineapple Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lemon Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Maple Syrup
1 oz/30 ml Soda Water
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients to the shaker tin except the soda water.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
4. Top with Soda water.
4. Garnish with nothing.
