[Q&A]
1) Do you count calories?
- Yes or no. If i make my own food, i only control the portion i needed. Only when i eat takeouts, i watch my calories!
2) What's your goal?
- I would say my main goal is to focus on eating healthier and be able to control my portion. Losing weight is also part of it but changing my way of eating to a balanced one is what i hope i can achieve this year!
3) Do you workout?
- No, i walk alot because my work place is quite far from my place. It usually took me 1-2hr to reach my work place.
4) Do you have a specific diet? Are you vegan
- No, i don't have. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, i eat meats and dairy too.
