Her Excellency Jessica Alupo has arrived at Incheon International Airport in Seoul, South Korea to represent President Yoweri Museveni at the Korea Africa Summit that opens on Tuesday 4rd June 2024 under the theme "The Future We Make Together; shared Growth, Sustainability and solidarity."
The Vice President was on arrival received by Korean Ambassador Jaichel Cho who previously served in Zimbabwe and the DRC, and Uganda's Ambassador to to Japan, Kaahwa Tophace.
South Korea has invited all African heads of State and government to pitch their preferred kind of cooperation at the first ever Korea Africa Summit in Seoul that will be held at Kintex Convention centre.
The Vice President hailed the mutual bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries especially in the fields of education, cultural exchanges and ICT.
