Hey guys, it’s Paseo V.
For today’s video. I will feature Seda Residences in Makati Philippines.
Seda is a Philippine brand of hotels owned and operated by Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts.
Seda Hotel Makati first opened its doors on the 2nd of November 2019. It was the first branch to serve as serviced apartments.
Located at the Exchange Complex on the corner of Amorsolo and Salcedo Streets in Makati, Metro Manila.
The serviced apartments have 293 rooms, a restaurant, bar, an outdoor swimming pool, and are located close to Glorietta and Greenbelt shops owned by Ayala Malls.
The lobby is located on the 19th floor of the building and is highlighted with the sparkling lights of chandelier, modern furniture and most importantly, the warm hospitality of the guest services team. They also offer complimentary use of desktop and wi-fi.
Seda has an outdoor swimming pool. It is important to always read the hotel’s rules before jumping into the water. The pool is about 1.2 meters deep and 15 meters in length.
The other amenities are the children’s playroom for families with kids. A gym and shower rooms for men and women. The gym is equipped with different machine exercises and dumbbells and can be accessed by guests at any time.
This apartment features a lounge area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with two doors that connect to the kitchen and bedroom. Inside the bathroom is also a washing machine and dryer. Free toiletries and laundry powder are also available. The apartment also features a kitchenette that comes with a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware, coffee maker and an oven.
The Seda hotel offers a complimentary breakfast for in-house guests. Walk-ins are also welcomed.
Located on the 32nd floor is Misto restaurant.
The breakfast buffet serves from 6am until 10 in the morning. Here, they serve a variety of hot and cold dishes including Filipino and Western cuisines. They also serve different choices of pastries, salad, beverages, and desserts. They even have an egg station.
Misto has outdoor seating with a view of high-rise buildings in Makati and its surroundings. Unfortunately, it was rainy when we got here.
Straight up bar is open from 6-10am and 4pm-12am every day. In the morning, they serve different kinds of Coffee, Tea, and Juice.
Thank you for watching my vlog. See you at the next one.
