Alec Baldwin was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter in January for the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins on the set of his movie “Rust” in 2021. The famed actor is set to face trial on July 9 after multiple failed attempts to get the case thrown out. Baldwin’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez, was convicted of the same charge and sentenced to 18 months behind bars in connection to the shooting.
