Here is how you can easily make a doll cake at home without any dome mold.
This is an eggless vanilla flavored doll cake recipe. Cover the doll in pink and white frosting to create a doll that would make any little girl happy!

Recipe :
Doll Cake
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 minutes
Makes: 1 Cake
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 ½ cup Milk
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Vanilla essence
1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
½ cup melted Butter
2 Cups Whipping Cream
Dome shaped glass/ microwave safe bowl
Small doll to decorate
Method:
Sift the flour with the baking powder and set aside.
Add the vinegar to the milk, mix in and set aside for 10 minutes.
Mix in the vanilla essence and sugar into the butter milk and mix well.
Fold in the flour and mix to a smooth consistent paste.
Mix in the melted butter.
Grease a glass bowl and dust with flour.
Pour in the batter and microwave for 4 minutes.
Remove and set aside for 10 minutes to cool down.
Remove from bowl and set aside to cool.
Whip the cream to stiff peaks. Divide into two bowls.
Add pink color to one bowl and mix well.
Dissolve 2 tbsp sugar in ½ cup water.
Slice the cake into two. Place the larger slice on the cake base.
Soak with 3 tbsp sugar syrup.
Apply a layer of whipped cream. Place the second layer of cake and crumb coat the cake.
Refrigerate the cake for 30 minutes.
Make a slit in the top of the cake and insert the doll.
Fill the whipping cream in piping bags with a star nozzle attached.
Pipe out a line of pink flowers, alternate with white flowers and cover the cake completely.
Chill and serve.
