Typical problems why you cannot connect:
1. The steps you take to connect are incorrect. (SEE PARTS 1 TO 4)
2. Modern phones have a hidden setting to automatically disconnect from wifi if there is no internet on the wifi (like your camera) (SEE PART 2)
3. Your camera may be trying to connect to a device that is not your phone. (SEE PART 3)

IF YOUR CAMERA HAS BLUETOOTH (see part 4 if you do not have bluetooth)

1) pair via bluetooth to the apple/android
2) go to connection settings, change the settings there for "resize image when transferring via wifi"
3) to connect camera to device, switch on your camera, (do not skip 1), make sure your Bluetooth is on in your apple/Android. Do NOT bring your camera into playback or connection settings menu. Just leave it ON.
4) in your apple/android, go to the fuji app, choose your camera, and click CONNECT.
5) your camera will automatically connect to device.

IF YOUR CAMERA DOES NOT HAVE BLUETOOTH (SEE PART 4)

Ps: if your camera does not have Bluetooth, manually enter camera into connection mode, and use your apple/ Android to connect to the camera wifi access point. Once connected, go to app, and click connect.
