Found this rare/one of a kind and unknown bell last night when searching the Amtrak Hiawatha service for rare crossing equipment, and figured I'd come film it before Kenosha's siren test today. I originally thought it was a Safetran Type 3 with rare housing, but it appears to be a custom bell with the audio of a GS bell. The clipping you hear from the bell was heard in person too.
Edit: it has been confirmed that this bell is an RSI E-Bell.
