I like to share a wonderful stretching technique to reduce nerve compression along the pathways from the neck to the fingers. This is very effective in carpal tunnel syndrome in releasing the median nerve where it's entrapped. This has helped many hundreds of my patients over the years with cervical radiculopathy and carpal tunnel syndrome.
