Being stuck in a career that is not suitable for you is like going to prison every day. But why do we choose career paths that might not suit us best? There is no doubting the fact that parents play a vital role when it comes to making our life decisions, and in this video, we will discuss how our parents can indirectly affect their children’s career goals through many different factors. From Asian culture to micromanaging their children’s study habits, we will explore the how and why our parents are misguiding us to a lifetime trapped in careers that might not be best suited for our personalities.
