Semiya kichadi recipe is one of the common recipes in every household. In this recipe, I shared a few additional tips and measurements to get the perfect texture.
If adding the fresh peas add after the onions. And can replace the mutton masala with Garam masala. adding a tsp of mutton masala enhances the flavor of the upma.

Ingredients:
Rava- 2 tsp
Semiya 1.1/4 cup
Water 3 cups
Oil-2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Mustard- 1 tsp
Cashews- 10-15
Chana dal- 1 tbsp
Urad - 1 tsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 Sprig
Green chillies- 2
Onion-1 sliced
Carrot- 1/4 cup
Beans- 3
Mutton Masala/Garam Masala- 1 tsp
