Muscles of Respiration: Diaphragm, External Intercostals, Internal Intercostals, Scalenes, Sternocleidomastoid, Pectoralis Minor, Serratus Posterior Superior, Serratus Posterior Inferior and Abdominals (I forgot to mention that).
The diaphragm is a dome shaped muscle that separates the Thorasic cavity & Abdomino Pelvic cavity. It’s Origin T-12 to L-2 & Ribs 6-12. Insertion: Central Tendon.
