Here is (at the time of this upload) a brand new low-band DTV station, WACP DT channel 4, out of Atlantic City/Philadelphia, caught at about 5pm Eastern US time on June 12, 2012. Obviously this is merely a test, for it seems to be just a still photo of either Atlantic City or Philly, and I got no audio. A DXer in NY noted it about 2 days prior, so I thought I'd try for it, and here it is!
