Have you ever cooked your whole Breakfast on the BBQ? Cooking a Full English is one of Olly’s (and his son Jude’s) favourite things to do at the weekend. They’d both have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner if they could. Shake up your Sunday brunch this weekend by giving it a go or bookmark this recipe for a sunny day.
No Full English is complete without some of our bacon and sausages so of course we threw them in our BBQ breakfast, plus our latest obsession – nduja cheesy baked beans. You can also cook your fried eggs and roasted tomatoes on a BBQ, which is not something everyone knows, but trust us, it takes your BBQ breakfast to the next level!
We cooked our whole BBQ Breakfast on our beloved Kamado Joe BBQ. Having a BBQ with a lid on does mean you get more experimental with your BBQ breakfasts and BBQ recipes which we love. But for BBQ beginners, you can still have a go at this easy BBQ recipe, you will just need to make sure you turn the sausages and bacon more, and making sure they're not on the direct heat for too long. You can also use a cast iron pan or skillet pan on the BBQ to make the fried eggs on the BBQ and to make the baked beans on the BBQ.
This recipe is super easy, but results in a whole full english breakfast on a BBQ! 👏🏻 You can also try other BBQ breakfast recipes and ideas, including breakfast burittos on the BBQ (which you can find a recipe for on our website!).
