If you've been wanting to try to bake sourdough bread here's your chance. I take you through the whole process. This recipe is great for beginners! You will need to have starter, but you don't need a food scale. This is not an exactly precise, measure perfectly recipe. I make this sourdough without a food scale and it turns out great every time!

Ingredients needed
Bread and/or All purpose flour
Filtered Water
Fine Ground salt
Sourdough starter

MATERIALS NEEDED
Dutch Oven - Get one from Costco!
Parchment Paper
Razor for scoring bread
Oven Gloves
