On June 5, 2012, “Celebrate” (the duet by Whitney and Jordin Sparks) was released as a single from the ‘Sparkle (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack).’ The song won a Soul Train Award for Best Gospel Inspiration Performance and was also nominated for Best Original Song at the Black Reel Awards. This was known to be the last song Whitney recorded before her passing. 💜
