Timing: Orders can only be canceled before they enter the shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled online. You may need to return the item after it arrives.

Same-Day Pickup Orders: If you placed a same-day pickup order, you need to cancel it before the store begins processing the order. This is usually within an hour or two of placing the order.

Delivery Orders: For delivery orders, cancellation is only possible before the order is out for delivery. If it's already out for delivery, you'll need to refuse the delivery or return the items.
