Olympus MJU II or Stylus Epic is in my opinion the best point & shoot film camera under $300 and the perfect film camera for beginners.
The simplicity of use, small size, and high-quality lens the biggest selling points. Compared to Yashica T4 or Contax T2 film cameras I think Olympus provides the most value for your money.
