Showing that no Auto Parry was involved in doing the Guard Parrying or Red Parrying ot Gill's Seraphic Wing. Specifically, you can Guard Parry or Red Parry ANY hit of Gull’s Seraphic Wing after the first hit; exactly like Akuma's Kongu Kokuretsu Zan; except the timing of Seraphic Wing’s hits is more like Oro’s Yagyou Oodama [SA2 (QCF+PP)] than Akuma's KKZ. So to sum it up, [must] Block (at least) the first hit (or more) of Gill’s Seraphic Wing, then time your Red Parrying the same as you would for Red Parrying Oro’s Yagyou Oodama.
Note that this happens very fast. It requires some strict timing, but you CAN make it work.
