Continuing my Moroccan road trip leaving Fez to the Sahara dessert.
I stayed in a nice traditional hotel with an interesting decor and all modern amenities in the dessert.
I enjoyed swimming in the hotel before the Sahara dessert 4WD / four wheel drive adventure just in time to see the changing dessert sand colour in the sunset. Simply beautiful like how it was described in my favourite book The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo.
In the evening, I had a really nice hotel buffet dinner serving traditional Moroccan dishes. I got to try my favourite Moroccan stew, the quince stew.
Leaving the Sahara dessert, I continued my road trip and encountered a herd of sheep and camel.
