my Epson printer rejecting OEM print cartridges immediately after updating the software to my computer. I have powered the printer off and unplugged it for three days (waiting on replacement ink) when new ink arrived (yellow) and I installed it (other inks were showing 1/2 full on computer before I ordered the yellow only) When I inserted the new Yellow cartridge the blue one immediately reported as not recognized. I have MULTIPLE ink cartridges from these last two complete set purchases that either report as empty when they are not, or as not recognized. ALL ARE OEM. If this is not corrected, this will be my last EPSON purchase.
