Both PS4 and PS4 Pro render at a native resolution of 1920x1080.

Edit: When outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabled, PS4 Pro uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 1920x1080 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 1728x972. PS4 Pro in its 1080p output mode has improved performance compared to the 2160p output mode which renders at 1920x1080 without a dynamic resolution [ Ссылка ]
