3 Shorter outros for each intensity, it is used to transition into a different intensity loop.
3 Longer outros for each intensity, it is used to stop the track from playing.

It is an early variation of "Flashing Blades, Banners Unfurled" from the High Isle Soundtrack.

This was only used on ESO PTS 8.0.0 & 8.0.1.
