Going to a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, is a whole different experience from sitting down at an old-fashioned American steakhouse. Churrascarias offer an all-you-can-eat experience, generally, with waiters carrying skewers of meat to your table repeatedly until you give them the signal to stop.

The meat itself is often different, too, with picanha, Brazil's signature steak derived from the sirloin cap, as the star of the show. On top of that, there's usually chicken, pork, lamb, a massive salad bar, and other traditional Brazilian dishes. Sounds pretty good, right?
