My wildflower meadow which is full of native wildflowers and native grasses is excellent for attracting an array of wildlife including many species of butterflies, bees and moths.
I have achieved this by regularly cutting the wildflower meadow at the correct time as explained in the video. I give some top tips on the importance of how to cut a wildflower meadow at a high level (around 10 cm) in spring to keep vigorous grasses at bay so the wild flowers have a better chance of developing which will create more bio-diversity.
I also give some excellent advice on how to grow and sow Yellow Rattle in the wildflower meadow.
