A day on the trail in Moose Lake is nothing short of extraordinary.
Our Duluth.com team knows that firsthand after a breathtaking ATV ride along the Soo Line railroad grade and into the Soo Pits (a place to kick up some dust and test your machine!)
The Evergreen PAC ATV Club took us for a ride on three side-by-side vehicles from Moose Lake Implement & Sport, a family-owned and operated Powersports business for over 60 years.
Co-owner Jim Gassert also serves as the President of Evergreen PAC Club. He says staff at Moose Lake Implement & Sport pride themselves on the fact that they ride regularly.
“We’ve got beautiful trails to ride on,” Gassert told us. “Two state forests [are] real close. The Soo Line railroad grade intersects through our town. There’s definitely something for everyone.”
When it comes to finding the right off-road vehicle for a customer, Gassert says they work hard to meet a wide variety of needs.
“We try to find a fit for everybody,” he said. “A lot of times when people come in and they’re not sure what they want, we’ll have them test ride machines.”
