There are plenty of these brain training apps such as Peak Lumosity, Elevate and many others but in this video we'll focus only on Elevate. Is Elevate worth it? The answer isn't as straight forward as you'll see in the video! I go over what science has to say, my own personal review of the elevate app and my closing thoughts on whether or not these brain training apps are worth it.
