People are surprised to find that we get cold winters in Palestine, with snow even more often than England! This drink is the perfect gift to yourself for winter time. So tasty and warming.
I've even made a cold version of it during the summer which always goes down a treat. If you add a bit of amaretto it's almost like Baileys!

سحلب هي وحدة من الوصفات الي دايمآ بتقدر ترجعني لشعور البيت، لشعور انو ماما موجودة و دايره بالها علي! بتزكرني و احنا صغار لما كنا قاعدين جمب الصُبة نشرب سحلب و نحضر فيلم مع كل العيلة! لما اكون متدايقة او زعلانه السحلب هي الوصفة الي دايما بعملها لأنها دايما ديما بتريح قلبي و بتحسسني بالأمان
مين كمان هون بحب السحلب؟
Ingredients:
One cartoon of plant based milk
Three to seven Mastic Gum Rocks
Two to three table spoons of sugar or agave or maple syrup
Two to three table spoons of corn flour
One teaspoon of cinnamon
الوصفة:
علبة حليب نباتي
ثلاث الى سبع حبات مستكة
معلقتين إلى ثلالث معالق نشأ
ثلاث معالق من السكر او اي بديل للسكر
معلقة صغيرة من القرفة
