The 115th Race to Mackinac Island kicks off now!
The regatta brings the best of sailors from around the world right here to Chicago. They set sail from Navy Pier and head up Lake Michigan, traveling 289 nautical miles to Mackinac Island. A small, but beautiful spot just above the Northernmost point of Michigan.
Today kicks off the Cruiser Division with the Racing Division launching Saturday.
