So the other day we competed in my last dual-meet ever against our old rival Stanford. It was a really intense meet with really fast times - make sure you stick to the end to figure out who won. In this video, I'll show you an inside look at how we prepare for a meet like this, from our schedule to what breakfast looks like, warm-up, an on-deck experience of being at the swim meet, and what post-race nutrition and recovery looks like.
