In this video, I was challenged by the distinguished Princess Terrace Cafe in Singapore's King Copthorne Hotel to take on a 7kg Penang Char Kway Teow Challenge! The challenge got even more intriguing when the chef decided to add a unique twist to my dish, topping my Char Kway Teow with a legendary Chun Ling omelette, a speciality hailing from Penang.
This exciting fusion is inspired by the students of Chung Ling High School who often order this combo. Watch the full video to see if I managed to conquer this mammoth mountain of deliciousness!
For those that wants to attempt this challenge. you just need to finish 10 plates (which is slightly less than half of what i ate) to get a 2 nights stay at their hotel!
