Start your day off with 20 minutes to relax your body, clear your mind, and fuel your soul. A great place to start the day. Try it every morning for 7 days and see how you feel, if you notice any difference in your perception or reactions. If you notice positive change keep going... it just gets better. If there is no change after a week I would still suggest continuing, it is a different experience for each of us. Sometimes we have blocks or triggers that need to be released in order for us to really let go of old habitual thoughts.
