Hello everyone, this week has been one busy week but I managed to share with y'all these yummm butter cookies that anyone can actually make. They are sweet, chewy and they require very few ingredients which I've listed below. I hope you try them and enjoyyyy!
Ingredients:
-1-1/4cup all purpose flour
-1/2cup icing sugar or 1/4 cup granulated sugar
-1/2cup unsalted butter or maragrine (if using margarine don't add salt)
-2tbsp cornflour
-1/4tsp salt
-1 egg yolk
-1tsp vanilla essence
-1tbsp milk
