So should you open it, or leave it sealed? With a Charizard V Promo card and 10 Booster Packs, it's the best way to chase the Shiny Charizard V and Rainbow Rare Charizard VMAX - but it comes at a cost. I think I'll stick to Japanese Pokemon Cards from now on.
